Mark McNulty

Mark has been a seasoned full time Real Estate Agent for many years and has achieved numerous sales awards. Mark was recognized in 2004 by the NEAR Board as a Silver Producer and Gold Producer for 2005 and 2006. Since joining RE/MAX in May of 2004, he was recognized as an Executive Award winner in year one, and recognized as 100% Club Award winner in 2005 and 2006.

Mark is highly involved in our local community and serves on the board of directors on the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is on the advisory council for Fidelity Bank and also serves as a Corporator at the North Middlesex Savings Bank. McNulty is also a member of the American Legion – Post 139, Ayer,. He previously served as the Post’s Senior Vice Commander. He is also a member at the Ayer Sportsmen’s Club, Oakhill Country Club and the Disney Vacation Club. Mark has lived with his wife Laura of 22 years and daughters Erin (13) and Allie (11) and dogs Rusty and Katie.

In 2007 Mark joined the membership of the Leominster BNI (Business Networking Inc) Group. In 2003 Mark was recognized by the Chamber of Commerce as an outstanding business professional. Mark is a sponsor for Ayer and Shirley youth baseball and has sponsored the baseball team for 16-19 year olds in Ayer, Shirley and Harvard. Mark will be a third year sponsor of the Ayer Fire Fighter Road Race on Thanksgiving 2007 and will be a third year sponsor of the Janis Bresnahan 5 mile race for education on May 12, 2007. Mark will continue to sponsor the Ayer Boosters Football program for 2007. He sponsored the reverend Martin Luther King Jr, in memorial breakfast on January 15, 2007 at the Bull Run Restaurant.

In 2006 Mark participated in the Ayer High School Intern Program where a student shadowed him to learn everything there is to know about real estate. It proved to be so successful that he will continue the program indefinitely.

The McNulty’s enjoy traveling to the various destinations that the Disney vacation Club has to offer. Mark is a certified Buyer’s Agent and has been consistently recognized by the Northeast Association of Realtors as a top producer.
