About Joan and Carl
Carl, a native of Massachusetts, and Joan, a
Groton resident since 1990, are both
business and life partners. Carl’s
background is in the hotel and hospitality
industry as general manager for 28 years,
and Joan’s background of experience as an
elementary educator lead them to combined
experience of greater than 20 years of
full-time real estate in the local area.
Their managerial, teaching, and sales
backgrounds bring to the profession a skill
in education of the consumer and a love of
the art of negotiation. To them, the success
of a transaction is a direct result of
honesty and fairness to all parties.
Their hobbies include snow and water skiing,
motorcycling, running, family time,
antiques, and time spent on the water.
They live in Groton with daughter Nicole, a
student at Groton Dunstable Middle School,
and are active in school and church events.
